Manufacturing Excellence and Digital Manufacturing). In this role as Digital Manufacturing Consultant, your main focus will be digital transformation within a Manufacturing environment. Additionally you have the flexibility to work in the other domains.</p> <p> </p> <p><em>Responsibilities – How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world?</em></p> <ul> <li>In our Digital Manufacturing domain, we help leading companies with optimizing their operational processes by implementing digital solutions. This ranges from introducing shop floor reporting and business intelligence / AI solutions, up till advanced planning and MES implementations. Hereby we always work as a trusted partner with our clients to select the best fitting solutions and get those implemented.</li> <li>As a consultant, your role will be to lead a sub project within client engagements. You will work independently, as well as in teams at our clients, supporting them with improving their business performance. You will team up with EY consultants and client team members, to guide and support with the implementation of selected solutions.</li> <li>Drawing on your knowledge, skills and experience, you will start to build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers. Moreover, you will also support in the development of project proposals and thought leadership.</li> <li>You will play an active role within the SC&amp;O team and contribute to the development of all team members.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em>Job requirements – Where do you start if you want to change the world?</em></p> <p>To qualify for the role, you must have:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 2 years of work experience in Industry or consultancy within the field of digital transformation, operational excellence, MES, Industry 4.0 and/or industrial automation.</li> <li>Experience with industrial automation software solution is an advantage, as well as experience with data analytics in an industrial context.</li> <li>A Master’s degree, preferably in the field of Operations Management or a technical/engineering discipline.</li> <li>Fluent in English, Dutch (or another language) is a pre. </li> <li>Excellent analytical capabilities, strong communication, influencing and people skills, result-driven, the ability to be pragmatic in execution of projects and conceptual thinking.</li> <li>You have a flexibel attitude to working abroad</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Already interested?
