Product Manager, Accounting Integrations

Job Description

Procore is looking for a Product Manager - ERP to help us refine and enhance our ERP connector platform, and drive significant market expansion in our International markets and amongst the Owner and Enterprise customer segment. In this role, you will contribute with the strategy and execution across our ERP connector platform to delight our customers and drive rapid adoption and engagement with our users. As a Product Manager, you have a deep background in product management, are comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and can balance competing priorities with ease. You have proven experience digging into customer problems, distilling them into needs, and envisioning the best solutions to meet and exceed them. If you can operate with a high degree of autonomy, have strong leadership skills, and are great at driving alignment—we’d like to hear from you!

This position will report to the Director, Product and has the opportunity to work remotely from Austin, TX and go into the office when needed. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you’ll do: 

• Develop a deep understanding of our strategy; evangelize the product vision across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in

• Become well-versed in the construction industry and its diverse collaboration challenges in order to guide and communicate the value you’re creating for our customers

• Partner closely with UX Designers and Engineers to create a more powerful and usable platform that helps our customers improve the value they see from the product and generates improved engagement and customer retention for Procore

• Dig deep into the processes and best practices of our customers; developing deep empathy along the way

• Think through a pricing plan and strategy for our flexible solutions

• Work closely with customers and go-to-market teams to think beyond software and deliver a whole solution

• Effectively use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to help inform the decision-making process

• Balance customer empathy with horizontal solution thinking—recognize platform approaches that solve multiple problems at once, creating strategic leverage for Procore

What we’re looking for: 

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of experience building and delivering successful products in a SaaS environment; 5+ years of experience in Product Management

• 3+ years of experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications; 3+ years of experience integrating SaaS products with 3rd party applications

• Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to lead by influence 

• Blend of business and technical knowledge, ability to drive big-picture visions to fruition

• Strategic, analytical thinker with a strong bias toward data-driven decision making

• Excellent writing skills and experience working with technical teams

• Strong analysis and synthesis skills, demonstrating the ability to break down problems into components that are then structured into systemic solutions

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $134,800-$185,350. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
