What You’ll Do
70% - Administrative Tasks-buy maintenance and reconciliation
10% - Client Management Admin Tasks-pulling and reviewing campaign reports
10%- Networking
10% - Training & development
Assist Investors with day-to-day administrative duties.
Responsibilities include ordering & confirming orders, handling makegoods, monitoring placement of scheduled spots, maintaining added value and billing reconciliation.
Learn & understand media terminology
Review & understand buying guidelines (goals & objectives) with buyer
Implement work-related goals established by buyer/business solutions team on behalf of clients
Establish & maintain business relationship with vendor partners
Maintain accurate buy files with financial information to align with buying system
Assume buying responsibilities from pre-buy to post-buy in small markets
