Responsibilities

The Enterprise Mobility Rental API Engineering Team is responsible for the development and support of services products that provide rental ticketing business capabilities. In this role, as an IT Business Analyst Senior, you will work closely with different teams to ensure a consistent ticketing experience for our customers. You will collaborate with key business stakeholders, technical partners, subject matter experts throughout the company to research, analyze and identify options that provide optimal solutions.  You will document, interpret and present information to varied stakeholders to enable sound decision making as well as ensure diligent monitoring and tracking of issues. You will serve as the interface between the client software teams, product owners, software engineers and QA testers to implement new functionality, modify existing functionality and validate deliverables in line with business objectives.  This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your strong analysis skills while working in a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities  

• Develops, interprets, reviews, validates, documents, and maintains business and functional requirements related to development and enhancement of API services. 

• Coordinates and facilitates meetings to define key capabilities and requirements that will enable stakeholders’ business strategy. 

• Evaluates business requests to determine feasibility; researches and identifies options; recommends solutions that best serve business needs. 

• Provides information about how requirements may affect functional design documents. 

• Conducts structured walkthroughs of requirements with business and project team members. 

• May lead acceptance testing to ensure client/user needs are met. 

• Presents information regarding enhancements and tracks and responds to questions from business and IT team members. 

• Identifies potential problems that may arise with new or enhanced applications; communicates how problems will affect business and recommends solutions. 

• Writes business correspondence and technical reports; reviews report results for accuracy.
