Lead Designer

Redwood City, CA

Salary Range: 130,000 - $160,500 USD

Poshmark, Inc., is hiring for the following role in Redwood City, CA: Lead Designer to design digital user interfaces and products for various mobile and web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop graphics, sample layouts, and esthetic web development designs;
• Create product specifications and generate comprehensive user flows, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, and interactive prototypes for iOS, Android, and web platforms; 
• Lead product design development process from research to shipment; 
• Identify and establish specific goals and provide developmental feedback on areas of improvement for design team; 
• Facilitate user research and usability tests and deliver findings that drive the product vision;
• Collaborate with engineering teams to solve design implementation issues; and 

Work with Product Managers, stakeholders and engineering teams to define digital product features and achieve the product goals through strategy and design. 

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Web Design, Computer Science or a related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. 
• Requires three (3) years of experience in each of the following: User Experience (UX) design; Leading adaptive design projects for web or mobile applications; Designing intuitive iOS and Android User Interface (UI) design with low-hi fidelity prototypes; User and product usability testing; UX/UI design for e-commerce and/or social networks; and Adobe Creative Suite and product design software, including Figma or Sketch.

Salary Range$139,999—$160,500 USD
