Job Summary

Provide physician-led wound care management including complex wound evaluation, debridement, and prevention strategies in SNF/LTC settings.

Responsibilities

 

• Evaluate and manage pressure injuries, diabetic ulcers, and surgical wounds

• Perform debridement and advanced wound procedures

• Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and surgical teams

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree

• Training in wound care, surgery, or related specialty preferred

• NY medical license, DEA

• Experience in SNF/LTC settings preferred
