Additional coding skills are highly valued.</p><p>Education: Professional design training or equivalent professional design experience.</p><p>Personal Attributes: Comfort with ambiguity, eagerness to learn, effective communication, and senior stakeholder management skills.</p><p></p><p>Core Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Apply human-centered design to understand user needs and translate these into UX requirements.</li><li>Design solutions in line with brand guidelines and our Design Language System (DLS).</li><li>Collaborate across functions to ensure solutions consider all user feedback and meet accessibility and usability standards.</li><li>Communicate design decisions effectively and manage stakeholder expectations.</li><li>Embrace UI innovations and contribute to the growth of UX design knowledge within the team.</li></ul><p><br/>About Philips<br/>We are a health technology company.
