What You’ll Do

  • Devise a production plan and manage the execution of the plan in order to support business needs.
  • Effectively interpret supply plan to develop a weekly finite production schedule according to the agreed run strategy
  • Evaluate and clearly communicate the tradeoffs of schedule changes to OR, service, and OEE to enable business decisions.
  • Review actual production data and take necessary actions to adjust future production accordingly.
  • Communicate the production schedule and material changes to plant personnel, including production, logistics, quality, supply planning, and requirements planning.
  • Measure and set run rates based on demonstrated factory capability (review with production & supply planning for alignment).
  • Measure and report Output Reliability utilizing the OR Loss Tree using WCM best practice. Develop action plans between the factory and planning to drive step change in OR.
  • An Execution Planner acts as a liaison between Supply Planning and Manufacturing.
  • It is the responsibility of the Planner to understand the business and help build a responsive network that can react to the volatility of the market while also managing inventory levels, non-finished good material availability, and waste implications.
  • As part of the Supply Planning Team, you will need to drive initiatives to meet team goals and ensure the continuous improvement of processes and outcome.
  • Help optimize the delivery of service, inventory and production planning.
  • Frequent and effective interaction with supply planning, factories, suppliers, procurement and logistics teams is essential.
  • Demonstrate creativity and critical thinking to suggest out-of-the-box solutions to complex scheduling scenarios.
  • Support ad hoc analysis for strategic projects and VIP opportunities. Key interface between the factory team and planning. Master Data setup and BOM generation. Material Write-Off Submissions.
