Within aviation, it is very clear that rock-solid UX is a prerequisite for making a difference, which is why doing research among our customers is essential.</p>
<h2>What are you going to do?</h2>
<p>As an experienced Product Designer, you'll be at the forefront of creating cutting-edge digital designs that facilitate conversations with our end users. You'll identify and solve problems, create new functionalities, and improve existing interactions to ensure a consistent user experience. You'll have the opportunity to design for the KLM and Air France brands and explore a range of design forms, including interaction, information architecture, and visual and service design.<br/>

<h2>Where do you land?</h2>
<p>You will land in the business platform for Safety, Security and Crisis Management (SSC). Within this platform, we create innovative solutions with a varied group of product teams. Whether it concerns conflict zones or supporting crisis management in emergencies; IT has become an integral part of our daily operations.</p>

<h2>Your profile</h2>
<p>• You have at least 5 years of experience working on user-centred design projects applying a wide range of design processes, methodologies, and deliverables; (must have)<br/>
• You have a bachelor's degree level in design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional design experience.(must have)<br/>
• You have a positive and self-motivated attitude paired with impeccable problem-solving skills;<br/>
• You have an intrinsic desire to develop a deep understanding of users by observing and conducting various iterative user research methods;<br/>
• You are flexible in approaching solutions and have the ability to come up with creative and innovative designs based on research and feedback from users and stakeholders; (must have)<br/>
• You have a proven track record in collaborating with business analysts and software engineers to implement your designs;<br/>
• You have an open mind to critical feedback and the ability to reflect on your own work;<br/>
• You have extensive knowledge of Figma and similar design tools to create wireframes, interactive prototypes and designs (must have)<br/>
• You are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)</p>

<p>Our preference is for candidates who already live and work in the Netherlands and have good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written - Given the number of candidates, we have now made this mandatory!</p>
