Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
Drive the definition of the monetization strategy of all ServiceNow products and craft + maintain a coherent monetization roadmap for our product portfolio
Develop an overarching portfolio monetization framework to guide pricing decisions for individual products that balances customer impact and helps deliver on our ambitious growth targets
Engage closely with the CPO and his BU GMs to facilitate decision making and to align on the team’s priorities and key strategic projects
Own and evolve the governance framework to drive deliberate changes in our product pricing and packaging
Drive strategic pricing analytics and insights into Product Business Reviews
Build, develop and grow a team of highly talented individuals
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
10+ years experience in the enterprise technology industry across strategic planning, pricing, product management / strategy, and/or management consulting with 5+ years of specific experience packaging and pricing for software businesses.
5+ years of experience with building and leading large teams of talented individuals.
Current or previous experience working within a consulting firm.
Strong communication skills and presence to drive consensus with senior executives.
Demonstrated ability to develop a coherent monetization vision for a large portfolio of products and success executing against it.
Deep experience navigating complex org dynamics to deliver on your priorities cross-functionally, in particular supporting product and GTM teams.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead a large team of talented individuals to deliver on your key priorities.
Strong understanding of value-based pricing theories and analytical methodologies and a desire to.

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $207,100 - $372,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
