FIELD MANAGER

<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a Field Manager in our Dayton&nbsp; Division, you will manage the construction and delivery of our new homes ensuring quality, timeliness, cost, and customer satisfaction. The Field Manager will serve as the primary contact for trade partners, customers, and internal associates for each home they are overseeing. The most rewarding part of this role is being able to look back on cul-de-sacs, streets, and ultimately neighborhoods and taking great pride in being the builder that created the community.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will thrive in this role if you:&nbsp;</span></em></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Quickly and proficiently use real data to evaluate a problem and solve it within the organization’s policies and procedures.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Enjoy communicating daily with customers and trade partners to clarify questions and concerns that arise in a direct and factual style.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Approach your day in a systematic and orderly way.</span></li> </ul> <p><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">These skills will be used to:&nbsp;</span></em></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Supervise and lead trade partners and suppliers to ensure building standards are achieved.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Establish, deliver, and adhere to a high level of customer satisfaction.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Conduct homeowner meetings, walk-throughs, and weekly updates with the customers.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identify and document all recurring rework items and notifies appropriate departments to ensure elimination from future homes.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure budget, schedule, and quality standards are met and surpassed on each home.</span></li> </ul> <p><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;</span></em></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">
