Job Title: Home Care Scheduling Manager

Status: Exempt, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday (days); occasional evenings/weekends as needed
Salary: $55,000–$62,000 annually (based on experience) + bonus potential

We’re looking for a Home Care Scheduling Manager with strong scheduling experience (preferably in home care) to lead our scheduling operations. This role supervises Scheduling Coordinators and oversees staff scheduling, attendance, timekeeping, and payroll processes.

• Manage daily and long-term scheduling for consistent client care
• Communicate schedule updates to staff and clients
• Ensure staffing coverage and manage call-outs
• Review and approve time off requests and track attendance
• Oversee timecard accuracy and process payroll
• Maintain caregiver availability records and PTO tracking
• Support billing/month-end processes
• Participate in on-call rotation and Manager on Duty program

• Proven scheduling experience (preferably in home care)
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; eRSP knowledge a plus
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
• Empathy and understanding of the needs of older adults
