As a Senior Product Manager for Messaging Platform and Ecosystem, you will define and deliver the future of LinkedIn Messaging. Your role involves working cross-functionally across LinkedIn’s ecosystem to understand diverse needs, drive innovation, and build platform products that enhance both member and internal experiences. A typical day might include collaborating with engineering teams to define cutting-edge agentic capabilities, partnering with other product teams to align messaging solutions across business lines, and synthesizing insights to prioritize new features. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for LinkedIn’s Messaging Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business partners, to build scalable solutions that meet the needs of LinkedIn’s diverse customers.
- Drive the development and integration of agent experiences, enabling LinkedIn members and teams to interact with advanced AI-powered messaging capabilities.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure deep technical alignment and deliver platform enhancements with high reliability and performance.
- Continuously evaluate platform performance, identify improvement opportunities, and prioritize investments for long-term growth and impact.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- MS degree in a technology-related field
- Proven experience launching and managing consumer platform products with measurable impact.
- Deep understanding of consumer product development, including user behavior, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Strong technical foundation and ability to collaborate with engineering teams, including familiarity with AI-driven technologies and their application to messaging platforms.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, with a track record of driving alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $146,000 to $238,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
