Database Engineer 2

The candidate shall have experience with Sybase ASE and PostgreSQL, with specific experience with database migrations. Demonstrated experience with developing migration strategies, migration tool selection and use, schema conversion, code refactor, performance optimization, test, and validation. Experience with Amazon Web Services (Relational Database Services, Simple Storage Service) also required.<br />

Five (5) years’ experience as a DBE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of DBE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.<br />
