Senior Specialist Branded Services (m/f/d)

<h2>Your Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Continuous enhancement of Branded Services; alignment with business goals and strategy</li> <li>Transparent updates, status reporting, and actionable insights for leadership</li> <li>Transformation of customer insights into product improvements; enhancement of reporting with digital tools</li> <li>Advanced Excel and BI tool expertise (Power BI, Tableau, etc.); creation, formatting, and maintenance of reports and dashboards; use of pivot tables, formulas, and interactive visualizations</li> <li>Analysis and interpretation of structured business data; use of basic/intermediate SQL; trend identification; data quality assurance; support of effective decision-making</li> <li>Collaboration with data teams and business stakeholders; data integration; definition of reporting requirements; clear communication of insights to technical and non-technical colleagues</li> <li>Definition, rollout, and integration of service products across multiple markets</li> <li>Coordination with internal teams and external providers; successful service delivery</li> <li>Involvement in international and cross-functional projects; collaboration with stakeholders at all levels</li> </ul><h2>Your Profile</h2> <ul> <li>University degree in Economics, Statistics or similar</li> <li>First relevant experience in managing projects, ideally in retail / service environment and Tech</li> <li>Knowledge of Reporting &amp; Analytics</li> <li>Experience in international and cross functional projects is a plus</li> <li>BI tool experience (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)</li> <li>Strong analytical and business expertise</li> <li>Commercial understanding, good understanding of marked trends and innovations in the area S&amp;S, focus on customers &amp; results</li> <li>Project mangement skills</li> <li>Decision making, results-oriented</li> <li>Adaptability/ flexibility/ willingness to learn</li> <li>Perseverance and performance oriented</li> <li>Teamwork</li> </ul><h2>About Us</h2> <p>Consumer electronics now is not only to provide customer with the device but following the MMS company strategy is to provide the customer with the experience of usage.
