We are currently seeking an Associate Transportation Analyst who will support the transportation team by managing parcel shipments, performing data entry, generating Transportation Management System (TMS) reports, and ensuring supplier Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) compliance. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses great customer service skills, can be nimble/agile in day-to-day activities, and has a passion for excellence.

You will:

• Create and manage parcel shipments, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
• Communicate/follow up with 3PL and carrier base for timely deliveries.
• Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records of shipments and deliveries.
• Generate and analyze transportation management system reports to monitor transportation efficiency and costs.
• Ensure supplier compliance with ASN requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to streamline shipping processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting transportation issues and provide support for logistics operations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of shipping regulations and best practices.
• Maintain company Safety, Quality, and 6S standards.
• Additional duties as assigned by the management team.

You bring:

• 2 years of experience in transportation and/or logistics
• Must have High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry.
• Proactive and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Excellent customer/communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity while building subject matter expertise.
• Basic knowledge of transportation management systems and shipping processes is a plus.

Shift- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM - Monday - Friday
