Duties: Responsible for analysis and design of business systems. Typical steps include: diagnosis of need and the development of a related requirement specification, system development planning, creation and implementation of a test plan, on-going project oversight during the development phase and comparison of the solution delivered with the original specifications. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Business Analyst-related occupation.

Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following skillset: Utilizing data visualization tools, including Tableau to support the development and automation of standard data analyses, reports, and dashboards; Working with internal and external business partners to analyze and define requirements, and set up new processes/controls to ensure the accurate implementation of the change; Utilizing programming skills, including SQL, ETL, and analytical tools such as SAS to lead modeling and analytics projects, and provide innovative and new ideas to enhance model prediction power by evaluating new data sources, identifying new variables, and adopting new modeling techniques; Utilizing Core Banking Applications and Databases, including Oracle, TOAD, and Teradata to drive solutions to production incidents by engaging all stakeholders, leading meetings for root cause analysis, supporting teams with data needs, and testing environmental preparations and coordinating until all inconsistencies are resolved; and Utilizing UNIX and project management tools/methodologies including JIRA and Agile Framework.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $138,715 to $153,400. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.  Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
