Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage and track small to medium-sized projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are met.
- Develop project plans, timelines, documentation, and risk assessments.
- Monitor and report on project progress, escalating risks or delays when necessary.
- Facilitate meetings and status updates across departments (e.g., engineering, product, operations).
- Partner with the CTO to advance strategic priorities and ensure traction on high-impact initiatives.
- Serve as a communication bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Help define workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process improvements.
- Assist with planning virtual team events, all-hands meetings, and other company-wide initiatives.
- Support internal documentation, knowledge management, and organization-wide communications.
- Supporting day-to-day needs of the team, ensuring progress is being made on department initiatives.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations coordination, or a similar hybrid role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a remote work environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com).
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a tech-forward organization.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools like Teams, Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion, or Confluence.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working directly with technology or product teams.
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth remote environment.
- Basic understanding of agile methodologies or software development lifecycle.
- Exposure to light HR, IT coordination, or procurement tasks is a plus.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks.
