Public Affairs Manager, New Market Development

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.
• Experience working with public policy teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with technical infrastructure developments and executing cross-functional projects.
• Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience developing and executing public affairs campaigns and strategies to deliver exceptional solutions.
• Ability to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading campaigns or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, influencing, and political/communication skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $177,000-$257,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Strategic Public Affairs and Market Safeguarding: Develop and execute comprehensive public affairs strategies to protect and support the data center lifecycle in emerging markets, driving projects from concept to completion.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Community Relations: Build and maintain critical relationships with government officials, community leaders, and key opinion formers to ensure a positive, sustainable operating environment.
