What You Will Be Doing:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement company vision and growth strategy, starting with the renewable energy market.
• Collaborate with AI Fund and AES to launch and scale the new company. 
• Prototype Development: Drive the creation of a viable AI-driven asset maintenance management prototype for the renewable energy sector.
• Financial Strategy and Fundraising: Prepare a pre-seed investable pitch deck, secure funding, and build a financial forecast.

What You Must Bring:

• Entrepreneurial Leadership: Demonstrated experience as a Co-founder or early stage CEO, with a strong experiences in strategic planning, business model innovation, and securing early-stage venture funding
• Stakeholder Management: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders from technical partners to investors. 
• Leadership and Team Building: Experience assembling and leading teams through the early stages of a start-up, with a focus on rapid development cycles and agile methodologies. 
• Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of AI technologies and the use of IoT for asset maintenance, blending predictive analytics with workflow automation solutions.  
• Proven GTM Expertise: Extensive experience in developing and implementing successful GTM strategies. 
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, making informed decisions under uncertainty.
