Manager, Performance Analytics - BW
UnileverAbout the role
JOB PURPOSE
Serve as the senior analytics lead for national media, owning the development of measurement frameworks, performance analysis, and strategic insight generation that guide investment decisions across our Beauty & Wellbeing portfolio. You will translate complex data signals into clear narratives that shape brand strategy, elevate media effectiveness, and unlock growth opportunities across channels.
You will lead and coach a team of Associate Managers who act as dedicated analytics partners to our brands, ensuring rigor, quality, and consistency in how measurement is executed and insights are applied. Through thought leadership, cross-functional influence, and disciplined analytic stewardship, you will ensure each brand benefits from a measurement approach that is tailored, actionable, and connected to business outcomes.
You will work closely with Media, Planning, Creative, Retail, Data, and Agency partners to drive a unified understanding of performance and to embed data-driven decision-making into planning, activation, and optimization workflows. As a subject matter expert, you will advance our measurement capabilities, strengthen our analytic foundations, and champion continuous improvement across the full media ecosystem.
Our Beauty & Wellbeing Business Group is reinventing how we connect with consumers, creating demand for our products through digital-first, culturally-led activations that drive desire. In the US, this vision is brought to life across some of the world’s most trusted and influential beauty brands: Dove, TRESemmé, Nexxus, SheaMoisture, and Vaseline—and your leadership will play a critical role in shaping how these brands show up, perform, and grow in an increasingly complex media environment.
