We’re looking for a high-energy, hands-on Line Lead to spice up our 2nd shift operations. If you’ve got leadership chops, manufacturing experience, and thrive in a fast-paced, saucy environment – this is your moment to shine.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead a production line cranking out legendary ketchup and bold BBQ sauce
   
• Coach, motivate, and mentor your team to hit daily production goals
   
• Ensure quality, safety, and speed are all on point
   
• Be the go-to person for problem-solving and shift coordination
   
• Keep things smooth, clean, and running like a well-oiled grill
   

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• 2+ years in food manufacturing or a similar environment
   
• Leadership experience – line lead or supervisory preferred
   
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
   
• Ability to hustle in a fast-paced setting
   
• A can-do attitude and a hunger to lead
