Bilingual Floor Sales Manager – Elder Ford of Tampa

Elder Ford of Tampa is seeking a high-performing, bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Floor Sales Manager to lead our sales team to the next level. Responsibilities include:

• Leading daily floor sales operations

• Coaching and developing sales team members

• Driving sales performance to meet and exceed targets

• Engaging with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction

• Assisting with deal structuring and desking

• Handling customer concerns and working toward positive outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bilingual – Spanish speaker required

• Proven track record as a strong closer in automotive sales

• Previous experience in floor or sales management preferred

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
