Requirements

Qualifications:

• RN in State of Wisconsin is required
• 1 Year of Home Health experience is preferred
• Associate's degree required

Work Location: Within and surrounding areas of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin

Job Type: Full-time (.8 FTE), Part-time

Salary: $35.00 - $43.00 per hour
