Job Description

In this role, you will contribute to shaping the strategic direction of our business by translating market insights, competitive intelligence, and analytical findings into actionable strategies that drive growth and innovation. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable business impact and align with the company’s long-term vision.

Your role:

• Support in developing and implementing short- and long-term strategies and policies that align with the organization’s overarching goals and vision.

• Develop business strategies and ensure that resource allocation, technology adoption, and business processes are aligned with organizational objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic insights into operational plans and drive effective execution.

• Monitor the progress and impact of strategic initiatives using advanced analytics and performance metrics; identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry shifts to inform senior-level decision-making.

• Prepare detailed business cases and strategic proposals, including due diligence and business plan development, leveraging data-driven insights and competitive intelligence.

• Design and implement business models and frameworks that enable long-term growth and profitability.

• Apply advanced problem-solving methods to analyze complex strategic challenges and recommend actionable solutions.

• Develop and present recommendations to senior leadership, highlighting strategic opportunities and risk mitigation plans.

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategies are informed by the latest insights and market data.

You’re the right fit if:

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• You have at least 5 years of experience (with a Bachelor’s) or 3 years (with a Master’s) in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Growth Strategy, or International Business.

• You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in data analytics, market research, and business case development.

• You are proficient in business intelligence tools, KPI reporting, and stakeholder management, with strong communication and presentation abilities.
