Our Retail Online Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team is responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to deliver scalable, efficient, and customer-centric processes and technology solutions to our Retail Customers and global network of Call Center Specialists. We are chartered with rethinking the online shopping experience and the in-person touch-points we have throughout the customer journey, spanning Voice/Chat systems, Payments, Customer Care, Delivery, Fulfillment, and many other Digital Programs. We are looking for an outstanding and multi-skilled Project Manager, with a proven record of leading diverse and sophisticated projects from conception through implementation in either an e-Commerce or Contact Center landscape. You will be encouraged to traverse an array of project/program management skills including business analytics, process mapping and optimization, business requirement documentation, technical requirement generation, solution architecture, testing and evaluation of solutions, change management across the organization, and finally project retrospectives and close-out before moving on to the next improvement they’ll tackle. You are proactive, driven, and love working in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment.
