Slack is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager/Senior Manager of Marketing Strategy to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the marketplace.
Collaborate with product, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals
Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and improve future strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and agencies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Slack remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, management consulting, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
