Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

An Engineer is a problem solver who analyzes models/designs creates modifies and supports a set of complex systems processes or operations that enable business capabilities.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creates RFI/RFP requests / responses for vendor product evaluations
• Designs Develops and Implements Complex Business Rules
• Responsible for fulfilling end user requests. Provides on call support as required. At times provides guidance to and assists in training less experienced individuals
• Delivers personal tasks on time and leads the delivery of tasks for natural or cross-functional workgroup
• Participates on initiatives with deliverables and meets quality standards on time
• Leads cross-functional initiatives with deliverables and meets quality standards on time
• Creates Application and System Design Documents * Develops Applications / Reports / Systems * Estimates component/application and system level work efforts

Qualifications

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

EXPERIENCE

• 3+ Years with Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years’ work experience
• Average ability to use a computer

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• webMethods Integration Server or similar ESB.
• Experience with SAML/Ping Federate a plus.
• Proficient with API's, REST, JMS, SOAP, Java, C#. B2B/EAI Integration.
• Experience with database integration (DB2, SQLSERVER) and back end services.
• Conversant with n-tiered architectures, web application experience.
• Willing to work in a 24x7 on-call rotation, including holidays.

Additional Information

Salary: $95,000-$110,000
Position is eligible for an annual bonus incentive program
The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
