Subregional Finance Director

Your main accountabilities will be:

• Full responsibility for subregional Finance operation team (countries in scope: Croatia, Serbia, Croatia, N. Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina)
• Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business.
• Search for improved speed, cost efficiency and process through new organization or new technologies.
• Constantly challenge the processes to improve the SLA.
• Lead for standardization and simplification of sustainable processes.
• To fuel growth through improving gross and operating margins through a revenue up and cost down programme.
• Identifying financial trends for annual budgeting, rolling forecasting.
• Ensure the integrity of Financial Results.
• Coordinating corporate finance and managing company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity and acquisitions as appropriate In periods of change and growth.
• Ensure strong corporate governance and internal controls / SOX maintained / Balance Sheet Reconciliations completed for subregion.
• Direct and indirect Cash flow management.
• Increasing return on investments / ROCE.
• Seek opportunities to monetize idle or non-essential assets.
