About the role

The Operations Excellence Programs team is seeking a high-energy, innovative, analytical, and action-oriented individual to drive process improvement initiatives and programs across the WW Revenue Operations Organization. We are looking for proven experience working with Sales or Customer Success organizations.  

You have strong program/project management skills, earn trust through performance and relationship building, and are able to influence employees at all levels of the organization. You must enjoy the challenge of solving complex cross-functional problems, and driving continuous progress, not perfection. Your goal will be to identify pain points, prioritize work according to impact, clearly articulate progress towards the goal, and scale programs globally.

You will report to our Manager of Operations Excellence Programs located in our Bellevue, WA office. 

You Will:

  • Drive process automation, improvement, and standardization with the goal of creating an excellent internal & external customer experience throughout the transaction process
  • Work with supporting teams & stakeholders to translate pain points into business requirements, identify appropriate resources, and develop implementation plans
  • Manage projects from the discovery phase through implementation while delivering quality work within agreed upon timelines
  • Define business metrics/KPIs to track progress and improve operational efficiency
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to inform business decisions and prioritize work
  • Support system modifications by leading change management & assisting with training

You Have:

  •  4+ years of relevant professional experience in SAAS and product management, partner sales operations, or sales operations
  • 3+ years of experience creating and/or executing organizational change initiatives
  • Ability to use project planning tools and software to create, manage, and track project results
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, and/or PMP Certifications
  • Experience and confidence working with Gainsight, Salesforce, CPQ, Tableau
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience
  • A bias for action, curiosity, and a can-do attitude

Smartsheet provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive bonus and RSU stock grant upon accepted offer.  California & New York: $97,200-$140,400 | All other US States:  $90,000-$130,000
