The pay range is $69,000.00 - $124,200.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. The Product Operations team within Owned Brands is comprised of project managers, sourcing managers, and technical developers. A Project Manager drives all phases of Owned Brand product creation, from kick off through hind-sighting.  The Project Manager is responsible for understanding business objectives as well as establishing the optimal product and packaging approach to deliver on partner and guest expectations.  Project Managers will manage department(s) and/or product categories and may lead initiatives beyond their normal responsibilities. 

Create and own End to End Timing & Action (T&A) to support an integrated project & packaging creation process. 

• Responsible for establishing the optimal approach for OB team and project, product category, and business partners to ensure efficiencies are in place and guest needs are met; including R&D and out of cycle activities for all Owned Brand categories.

• Outlines T&A requirements and seeks necessary input from all functional areas.

• Responsible for creating and coordinating tasks outlined in project plans.

• Identifies opportunities for efficiencies in future T&A’s by leveraging analytics, reporting, & hind-sighting to drive future improvements.

• Responsible for establishing a single source of truth T&A that clearly outlines owners, actions, and timing on all T&A activities.

• Oversees and tracks T&A activities, documents change to drive accountability and applies learnings to future T&A’s.

Drive Owned Brand Business Results by facilitating the cross-functional teams

• Unbiased, strategic thought partner that leads CFT members and drives Leader alignment connections across divisions through Owned Brand product creation

• Establishes and manages relationships with all AOE’s required to participate in the project

• Leader & facilitator of cross-functional team meetings across divisions, phase & stage-gate meetings

• Partners with key stake holders to align resources to project plan(s) to achieve desired outcomes.
