Pay: Up to $45/hour (based on experience and licensure)
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

The Cedars, an award-winning senior living community in Portland, Maine, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Assisted Living Nurse Coordinator to join our Assisted Living team. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to assisted living residents 
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately 
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately 
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation 
• Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members 
• Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and well-being 
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model for staff in a person-centered care environment 

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the State of Maine 
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior care preferred 
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills 
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care 
• New graduates with strong clinical experience are encouraged to apply
