What will you do

The R2P Invoicing Technical Product Owner is responsible for serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our SaaS invoicing channel solutions working specifically with SAP VIM and S4/Hanna, identifying and implementing technology solutions that enable Request to Pay (R2P) objectives, and partnering with key stakeholders to streamline invoicing process. While focused on Invoicing the role will bridge across Executing the Request to Pay technology vision/roadmap and steering squad(s) in delivering technology product/platform features oriented around the business impact and our successful separation of applications as a new company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Invoicing , SAP VIM.
• Partner with Ariba and R2P Business Product Owner to develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs across R2P.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Manage Ariba per our software lifeycle governance and documentation - xDLC requirements
• Partner R2P Operations and Business Product/Process owners to ensure Ariba meets business requirements
• Leading continuous improvements across the Request to Pay technology product lifecycle while driving engagement with third parties to support the delivery of the squad(s) objectives  
• Understanding the latest technology trends in the R2P field to inform technology product roadmap 
• Prioritizing a backlog, utilizing technical expertise, and understanding of customer needs to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for R2P technology products/platforms 
• Working with the business to channel the “voice of the customer” within the R2P product squad to ensure the squad “builds the right thing” 
• Working closely with business partners and technology team members, supporting communications and end-user outreach where necessary 
• Working closely with engineers to balance technical debt with feature delivery and assessing technology elements prior to user testing  

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications:

• 5 plus years of experience in technology project/product management, engineering, UX, or another related field with a specific functional spin to Request to Pay products and processes
