As a Senior IT Inhouse Consultant & Project Manager (m/f/d) Salesforce, you will be responsible for processes and systems in the area of Salesforce for B2C and B2B. In particular, you will

• lead the project for the new introduction of Salesforce for marketing, service and sales processes in an agile project environment
• advise the specialist departments on all IT or process-related issues relating to marketing, service and sales
• manage internal and external, international service providers in the project environment
• be responsible for the solution design of the systems you manage and keep an eye on the overall IT architecture
• be responsible for application management in collaboration with external service providers
•  

Preferred Profile

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable apprenticeship 
• Sound professional experience as an IT consultant with extensive experience and skills in agile project management
• Good know-how in marketing, service and sales processes as well as experience with a CRM and marketing system, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Personalization, Data Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud
• Basic knowledge of a common programming language as well as knowledge of interface and cloud technologies
• Fluent English and German language skills, both written and spoken
• You are enthusiastic about new technologies, use them effectively with your process-oriented way of working and promote productive collaboration through your experience in interface management
