About the role
100% Remote – 6 month contract with the possibility of extension. (Ideally based in Mountain, Pacific, or Central time zones to support better collaboration with our Australian teams)
We’re scaling across the United States, and we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Business Operations Manager to help us do that the right way.
This is a high-impact role that sits at the centre of our US launch efforts. You’ll work closely with our Director of Business Operations and partner across clinical, supplier, and customer operations to bring our platform to market and drive meaningful adoption across our member network.
What you’ll be doing
This is a cross-functional, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and loves to solve problems. You’ll support and lead initiatives that are critical to our success in the US, with exposure across strategy, clinical operations, supplier partnerships, compliance, and customer experience.
In a typical week, you’ll:
- Help launch our platform to both new and existing members in the US market
- Build and implement scalable operational processes that support profitable growth
- Drive member adoption by equipping them with tools, training, and resources to confidently promote the platform to their patients
- Support the onboarding of our clinical team, including Medical Directors and Nurse Practitioners, through structured processes and integration plans
- Streamline supplier operations and improve systems for member ordering, inventory management, and tracking
- Lead the design and execution of compliance processes in line with new FDA regulations (DSCSA), ensuring both member and company adherence
- Manage internal and external communications touch points across operational functions
- Partner with our RevOps team to support forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic recommendations
We’d love you to have:
- 5+ years’ experience in strategy, business operations, or commercial project delivery
- Experience in high-growth startups, strategy consulting, or corporate advisory
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Statistics, or a similar field
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot), analytics tools (e.g. Tableau), or accounting systems
- Advanced Excel skills, especially for financial modeling or scenario planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences
- A structured, analytical approach and the ability to move between strategy and execution
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
