The Supply Chain and Procurement organization is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, delivering world-class communications equipment and solutions for customers around the world. Our department is called Business Enablement. Our purpose is to develop and support world-class end-to-end supply chain processes and partner with IT for solutions that digitize these processes. We sit in the business organization as a glue between the supply chain functional businesses and IT organizations to ensure the delivery of systems and tools meets the business strategy and needs.

Your Opportunity

Sitting in the Supply Chain business organization as the Senior Supply Chain Business Systems Manager, you will be the Global Partner for the LMR (Land Mobile Radio) Business & IT organizations.  You will have the opportunity to be a strong influencer to transform people, processes, and technology to support the Supply Chain Transformation vision. You will be accountable to collaborate with the Functional Business and IT partners and translate the strategy into an executable multi-year IT system transformation program.  For executives, you will deliver intuitive communication that provides simple insights into complex problems.  This must be suitable for executive consumption where time and the crispness of messaging are of the essence.

Job Description

Senior Supply Chain Business Systems Manager will partner with the LMR (Land Mobile Radio) Business and IT organizations for enabling world-class processes and solutions. This role, though requiring highly technical aptitude, is within the business organization. The leader in this role has the opportunity to support and execute the vision of the end-to-end digital transformation of Supply Chain processes. That provides huge opportunities to constantly analyze the end-to-end architecture of the processes, and systems and create a solution roadmap to drive the supply chain digital strategy for the LMR (Land Mobile Radio) Business segment. Beyond the digital transformation initiatives, the role has the opportunity to develop and demonstrate leadership skills to create an effective and high-functioning team that is critical to our company's mission and inspires them to grow and pursue their career dreams. No leader stands alone, and this role also involves close collaboration with business operations leaders and peers to deliver breakthrough ideas across the organization.

Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations:

• Excellent digital project management skills supporting large-scale Oracle ERP, and supplier collaboration transformational implementations.

• Build relationships and understand the Global business partners' needs.

• Develop a center of excellence for Supply Chain processes and systems enablement that brings passion and excellence to our work product.

• Collaborate and influence Supply Chain digital transformation roadmaps that are aligned with the Organization’s revenue, cost, cash, and customer goals. 

• Lead a team of Business Analysts, and collaborate with the IT partners to ensure the delivery of world-class solutions for the business processes needed in the end-to-end Supply Chain functions.

• Bring outside-in view and look for ways to improve leverage and drive the value of the systems and tools.
