Position Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Specialists to join our Principal Reviewer Team. In this role, you will collaborate with all levels of Emerging Wealth Services (EWS) Teams to ensure the efficient and compliant processing of disbursements and other transaction types. As a Specialist, you will report directly to a Team Manager and play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our processes..

Levels: 2 to 3
Minimum Qualifications:
• FINRA Series 7, 63 or 66 and 9/10 licenses required with Mass Registration.
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, with a strong focus on communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
Role Differentiators:
• Support EWS to provide additional oversight to approve disbursements and asset movement.
• Become fluent in fraud trends to prevent asset loss during review.
• Work closely with EWS Management
Role Responsibilities:
• Review and approve disbursement activity, ensuring compliance with firm policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal partners, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Efficiently research and resolve issues and deficiencies from disbursement/modification requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of inquiries.
• Manage a high volume of requests in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Apply firm policies and procedures related to disbursements and maintenance, including oversight limits and fraud awareness standards.
• Stay informed on compliance and firm guidelines to ensure effective risk mitigation.
• Participate in projects and remediation efforts as required, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Skills:
• Basic knowledge of Morgan Stanley systems and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Strong clerical, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to research and resolve service inquiries effectively.
