This position directly manages managers and supervisors across all non-production areas of the Fulfillment Center, including Receiving, Inventory, Facility Maintenance, Quality Control (QC), and Prep. You will oversee scheduling, daily operations reporting, performance management, and strategic action planning to drive operational excellence and increase productivity.</p> <p>In addition to leading day-to-day operations, the Senior Operations Manager serves as the site lead for
