CRM Intern within E-commerce

OUR E-COMMERCE TEAM
You become part of an ambitious e-commerce department at VERO MODA based in Aarhus. You will join a team of ambitious colleagues, who share a passion for e-commerce and work closely together across different competences – from traffic, campaigning, analytics and trading to operations and development.

New ways of working and opportunities are opening to us, as consumer behavior changes. Omnichannel is becoming a bigger part of our business, and trading for each channel is getting more and more important for securing the right availability.

YOUR ROLE
As our E-Commerce intern, your primary tasks will be to optimize and implement new processes within CRM. You will assist our CRM specialist in working with our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and develop the e-mail marketing channel to ensure growth in our customer database and to increase conversion rate through data-driven personalization. You will have a close collaboration across the entire E-Commerce team, and you will be in close dialogue with our CRM and Tech team about testing new hypothesis’ and to implement findings in our daily trading and commercial strategy. More specifically, your tasks include:

• Setting up newsletters in Voyado
• Developing and maintaining our e-mail automation flows
• Building new customer segments across markets and categories  
• Analyzing data and delivering performance reports
• A/B testing 
• Tracking customer acquisition, retention and engagement
• Implementing findings

YOUR PROFILE
First and foremost, you are an ambitious candidate eager to become part of VERO MODA. Secondly, we are looking for someone, who fits the following:

• Enrolled in the Master's Commercial and Retail Management at Aarhus University
• Interest in fashion
• Great with numbers and able to do analyse relevant KPIs.
• Great communicator and fluent in English

You are result oriented and diligent when it comes to following up on targets, ensuring that your projects live up to your own as well as the team’s expectations. You have an analytical mind-set and can bring new ideas into life that are both innovative and commercial founded.
