We’re looking for a CNC Programmer/Operator who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in producing quality work, and wants to grow with a company that invests in its people.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (mills and lathes) to manufacture precision components.
• Create, review, and edit programs as needed to meet engineering specifications.
• Load materials, secure workpieces, and select appropriate tooling.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
• Conduct detailed inspections of machined parts using various measuring tools.
• Verify CNC machined parts and inspect tool geometry to confirm conformance to design specifications.
• Occasionally, operate manual surface grinder and Bridgeport.

 

What You Bring to the Team:

 

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous CNC experience (mills, lathes or grinders)
• 3+ years of CNC experience preferred (mills, lathes or grinders)
• Programming experience with CAD/CAM programming systems; SolidWorks, G&M Code helpful
• Shop math skills (standard & metric)
• Ability to read blueprints and apply technical precision
• Experience using precision gauges and inspection equipment
