The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team:
RTX Global Ethics & Compliance has an outstanding career opportunity for a Director, Risk Assessments & Monitoring to develop, grow, and lead the realigned Risk Assessments and Monitoring function. This position will report to the Vice President & Counsel, Global Ethics and Compliance.
What You Will Do
- Play a critical role in supporting RTX’s compliance obligations across a wide range of business transactions, with an initial primary focus on Anticorruption, U.S. Government Contracting, and Ethics.
- Responsible for the development and execution of strategic plans designed to identify and assess RTX’s compliance risk profile.
- Partner extensively across RTX and BU GEC functions, as well as with key partner functions (e.g., Controllers, Internal Audit, Digital Technology, HR, Supply Chain, etc.) to effectively drive and support existing and/or new compliance governance programs.
- Develop relationships with internal customers and collaborating with multiple business functions as a trusted business partner in providing compliance guidance while ensuring the successful operation of RTX’s compliance programs.
- Grow and lead a team of compliance professionals in the development and expansion of current risk assessment and monitoring activities, the delivery of meaningful data and analytics to senior leadership, and the development and tracking of timely and targeted corrective actions.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing the performance of audits and assessments, preferably with in a corporate Internal Audit department.
- Previous experience in anticorruption and USG contracting laws, regulations, and risk areas.
- Previous experience leading a team that manages complex data analytics projects from concept to implementation.
- Previous experience analyzing and turning robust streams of data into actionable insights for stakeholders to consider (including performing continuous auditing through testing of complete data sets, testing audit evidence in real time focusing on anomalies in a population, and using predictive analytics or analytic capabilities to predict events/maximize opportunities).
- Previous experience exercising the understanding of SAP and similar ERP systems.
- Experience with Tableau, PowerBI and/or similar tools.
- Experience developing command media and policy.
- Previous experience exercising the understanding of data structures and architecture.
- Experience building data analytic procedures and processes.
- Understanding of IT, business processes, and business intelligence methodology.
- Prior experience working with solution providers to integrate a solution into an existing environment.
- Certified CORE Expert (or progressing towards).
- U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, granted Refugee or Asylee status) as defined here:
