Our Float Pool team is a highly skilled group of administrative professionals who are specially trained and readily available to seamlessly assimilate and stabilize operations within our practices. We cover gaps due to unexpected call outs, long-term leaves, planned vacations, staffing vacancies, etc.

Job Summary
We are seeking a per diem Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our practices in a hybrid capacity . As a hybrid position, the role would entail a blend of remote days and in-office days, depending on the needs of the sites. Our schedule is determined on a weekly basis.Dedicated to administrative support, our clinic/practice assistants serve as the gatekeepers of our practices and ensure that teams are delivering the highest quality experience that exceeds our patients' expectations. We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in an outpatient setting!
