Business System Analyst

This is a remote position.

• Collecting and analysing functional and non-functional requirements for IT solutions,
  
• Verification and translation of business needs and requirements into IT solution proposals,
  
• Advising business partners on finding optimal solutions,
  
• Analysis of the organisation's business processes from the perspective of ongoing projects,
  
• Cooperation with internal and external partners within the scope of software development,
  
• Creation and updating of analytical documentation,
  
• Supporting project participants in conducting business tests of solutions
  

Requirements

• Knowledge of English at an intermediate level,
  
• Proven experience in a similar position,
  
• Open-mindedness to change and ability to work within multithreaded initiatives,
  
• Commitment and initiative in solving complex business problems,
  
• Tertiary education and a willingness to continue seeking knowledge,
  
• Ability to consciously use (read and create documentation) UML and BPMN notation,
  
• Assertiveness and the ability to cooperate effectively with both the business and IT side,
  
• Build relationships based on understanding of the needs and mutual respect with the business partner at different levels of management,
  
• Be proactive in sharing knowledge with the rest of the team,
  
• Experience of participating in Waterfall and Agile projects.
  

• Experience in projects for the financial industry in the area of leasing or in the area of accounting or bookkeeping,
  
• Practical ability to maintain analytical documentation in the Enterprise Architect tool,
  
• Knowledge of Archimate notation and Enterprise Architecture issues,
  
• Practical knowledge of BABOK
