Day Program and Supported Employment Lead

Our Denver Lead is a unique position that allows you to work across both Supported Employment and Day Program. They are an integral part of our day to day operations at Sample Supports! In the Lead position, you will be responsible for core administrative functions, such as supporting the billing and quality assurance processes including auditing client time cards, completing client paperwork and assessments. The Denver Lead will also support the direct care team and individuals in services by completing the activity schedule, and being the point of contact for day program to help support escalations.

Duties and responsibilities

• Monitor daily tracking and update schedules accordingly
• Complete client related paperwork and quality assurance tasks, including HRC reports, incident reports, IDP and ISSP updates, Pre-IP assessments, and other applicable assessments as assigned by Program Manager
• Complete weekly billing, create reports, and resolve discrepancies
• Support on-site transitions and scheduling needs
• Plan and coordinate community based activities for clients including completing weekly schedule
• Petty cash distribution, monitoring, and reconciliation
• MAR review and medication level monitoring
• Order program supplies
• Provide direct training to direct care providers through shadowing, behavior plan review, and specific client information and expectation review

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate possesses the following characteristics/skills:
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must meet agency requirements to transport clients
• High school diploma or GED required, and 1 year of experience in related field
• Must be able and willing to provide physical intervention to clients as needed, implementing NVCI techniques
