This team supports the hardware and infrastructure that power our services, ensuring critical systems remain operational in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.</p> <h4><strong>About the role:</strong></h4> <p>As a Data Center Technician, you will help ensure the overall availability and reliability of data center operations. This is a hands-on role focused on hardware and network diagnostics, physical repair, and support of mission-critical infrastructure. You will work onsite at one of our data center locations and may participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours operational needs.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability</li> <li>Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs</li> <li>Perform root cause analysis of hardware and software failures</li> <li>Train internal teams</li> <li>Develop documentation</li> <li>Provide technical support to data center teams</li> <li>Develop scripts to update server and networking hardware</li> <li>Maintain inventory</li> <li>Assemble and install equipment</li> <li>Perform maintenance of test and tool equipment</li> <li>Travel up to 10% of the time to other data center locations as required by business needs</li> <li>Respond to on-site equipment failures or emergencies within 60 minutes while scheduled on-call</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Who
