As a Senior Marketer you will create and implement strategic marketing and contentStrategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams, utilize customer insights, and leverage data to drive marketing success. Craft and implement a dynamic omnichannel (channel marketing) marketing strategy, leveraging email, paid media, content marketing, SEO, Adwords (Google Ads), digital advertising, and organic social media.
Inspires and helps team members in prioritizing tasks, fostering a culture of creativity and problem-solving, all while surpassing business goals.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Segment for in-depth analysis and personalized marketing.
Leverage customer personas derived from research to inform targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring a deep understanding of the audience and their needs.
Maintain regular and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing detailed and insightful reports on marketing squad performance, achievements, and upcoming initiatives.

Skills Needed to Win:

5+ years of performance marketing experience, demonstrating your adeptness in analyzing marketing funnels and identifying areas for enhancement
2+ years of planning and driving marketing campaigns
Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM
B2B or health industry is a plus
