Therefore, come join us and be part of the tech community inside our firm.  </p><p><strong>Location: Bucharest, Sibiu, Cluj, Brasov, Timisoara and Iasi.</strong></p><p><strong>Primary Functions and Tasks:</strong> </p><p><strong>SAP Basis Administration</strong></p><ul> <li>Install, configure,upgrade and perform S4 conversion of SAP systems.</li> <li>Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.</li> <li>Manage transports, system copies, patches, and upgrades.</li> </ul><p><strong>System Maintenance &amp; Support</strong></p><ul> <li>Monitor and resolve technical issues in SAP systems, including database and OS-level issues.</li> <li>Manage user access, roles, and authorizations.</li> </ul><p><strong>Performance Optimization</strong></p><ul> <li>Analyze system logs, performance metrics, and recommend optimization strategies.</li> <li>Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.</li> </ul><p><strong>Security &amp; Compliance</strong></p><ul> <li>Implement and manage SAP security protocols.</li> <li>Perform users, roles, and authorizations management</li> </ul><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>We are looking for: </strong> </p><p>English and German advanced speaker</p><p><strong>SAP Basis Administration (5+ years)</strong></p><ul> <li>Extensive hands-on experience with SAP system installations, configurations, and upgrades.</li> <li>Experience on SAP S/4HANA Brownfield/Greenfield projects,</li> <li>Proficiency in managing complex SAP landscapes, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, and Solution Manager.</li> </ul><p><strong>SAP HANA Expertise</strong></p><ul> <li>General experience with SAP HANA database administration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.</li> <li>Familiarity with migrations to SAP HANA or S/4HANA.</li> </ul><p><strong>System Maintenance</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience with system monitoring, backups, disaster recovery planning, and high availability setups.</li> <li>Regular application of patches, kernel upgrades, and system refreshes.</li> </ul><p><strong>Integration and Interfaces</strong></p><ul> <li>Strong understanding of SAP system integration with third-party systems.</li> <li>Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform integration capabilities.</li> </ul><p><strong>Performance Tuning</strong></p><ul> <li>Proven ability to analyze and optimize system performance at the application, database, and infrastructure levels.</li> </ul><p><strong>Security and Compliance</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience implementing and maintaining SAP security, including user management, roles, and authorizations.</li> </ul><p><strong>Documentation</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience preparing technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.</li> </ul><p><strong>Communication and Teamwork</strong></p><ul> <li>Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience mentoring junior consultants and providing training to end-users.</li> </ul><p><strong>SAP certification in the technology area</strong><strong><br/></strong></p> <p><br/></p><p><strong></strong><strong>Offer:</strong> </p><p><strong>Compensation package:</strong> </p><ul> <li>Our compensation package includes a fixed salary with yearly evaluation and quarterly performance-related bonus, meal tickets, Easter and Christmas gift vouchers, as well as seniority, referral bonus, and peer-to-peer recognition.  </li> </ul><p><strong>Health and Wellbeing:</strong> </p><ul> <li>Our benefits package includes extra paid vacation days, hybrid working model, quality private medical subscription for employee and their families, and gym options. </li> </ul><p><strong>Professional growth:</strong> </p><ul> <li>A learning-oriented organization with customized training paths (a mix between technical, functional and soft skills, as well as German and French language courses), certifications, valuable e-learning solution and firm-wide development programs. </li> </ul><p>  </p><p><strong>For more information, please visit:</strong> </p><ul> <li><a href="http://www.bearingpoint.com/" target="_blank">www.bearingpoint.com</a> </li> </ul><ul> <li><a href=
