Position specific details: The Business Change Manager Senior will be working within our Carelon Insights Complex & Clinical Audit/Payment Integrity team.
The Business Change Manager Senior – Payment Integrity is responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals.
Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
- Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope.
- Leads efforts to identify best practices.
- Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
- Develop and design processes and systems that support business needs.
- Designs methods for integrating function and process.
- Conducts cost/benefit analysis.
- Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
Position requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement, business change or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred qualifications, skills, and experiences:
- Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign strongly preferred.
- Proven experience with driving digital change and end-to-end implementations.
- Previous project management experience, including meeting deadlines while working alongside cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience within a managed care/healthcare organization and strong knowledge base of regulatory and compliance regulations.
- Significant experience understanding business requirements and UAT.
- Payment Integrity and healthcare claims experience.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $93,760 to $161,736.
