Job Title: Equipment Operator II

Your role at Michael Kors:

The Equipment Operator II reports to Distribution Center Lead/Supervisor. This member of the Distribution Center team operates lift equipment and performs various general warehouse duties. This individual must have the ability to meet production standards and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

• Operates stock/cherry picker and reach/stand-up forklift in and around warehouse.
• Loads and unloads shipments, pallets, etc.
• Pulls product from the warehouse for shipment to the stores
• Elevates and pulls cartons using an order picker on a racking system
• Places shipments on racking systems
• Operates Radio Frequency device
• Wraps orders on pallet for shipment
• Other duties as assigned
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., push and or pull up to 50 lbs. and ability to stand/walk for 8 to 10 hours.

We’re excited about you if you have:

• At least 1 year of experience operating the stock/cherry picker and stand-up/reach forklift

• Proven experience using RF scanners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to work overtime as needed. Overtime may be prior to and/or after scheduled work hours.

• Ability to multitask and work inclusively with others.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and work well under pressure.
