Responsibilities:

Intercompany Management:

• Management of orders placed by Klüber companies

• Confirmation of delivery deadlines in coordination with Planning, Laboratory, Shipping, Logistics, and Purchasing (raw materials)

• Transportation management (consultation of transport costs/transit time, delivery delays, request for PODs)

• Recording in the system of prices provided by Controlling

• Sending Intercompany samples

• Intercompany invoicing

• Processing of Intercompany returns to KLI

• Preparation of internal reports on a regular or ad hoc basis

IEC – IMPORT / EXPORT / CUSTOMS:

• Ensure compliance with current import-export and customs legislation

• Review and filing of documentation related to import and export cases

• Preparation of necessary documentation for import and export declarations

• Communication with freight forwarders, customs agents, and customs authorities

• Management of LTSDs requested by KLM on a case-by-case basis

Qualifications:

• Logistics management and customer service

• Foreign trade

• User-level IT skills (SAP-SD, MS Office: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Advanced level of English

• Strong communication, organizational, decision-making, and prioritization skills

• Teamwork / Initiative / Planning

• Knowledge of Management Systems (quality, environment, and occupational health & safety)
